Fitness isn’t just my career—it’s my passion and my mission. After spending much
of my life as a mechanic working on machines, I made the decision to shift gears
and dedicate myself to helping people transform their bodies and lives. I'm now
certified in personal training, nutrition, and strength & conditioning, and currently
pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine.
My goal is simple: help others become the best version of themselves—physically,
mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're a high-performance athlete pushing for
peak performance or someone just beginning your wellness journey, I’m here to
guide you every step of the way.

comprehensive, science-backed approach to performance and well-being. I believe
